  • Where are you located?

    • 103 E. Clark St in Champaign. Right next to GlassFX. Look for the green Smash*It sign.

  • What are your hours?

    • M-W by appointment. Thurs 6pm-9pm, Fri 5pm-10pm, Sat 4:30pm-10pm, Sun by appointment.

  • How should I dress?

    • We supply the visors, gloves, and coveralls. Must wear shoes that cover feet entirely.

  • How many people can be in the smash room?

    • Due to the size of the space, we can only allow two (2) people at a time.

  • How long does a session last?

    • Sessions last around 15-25 minutes.

  • What sort of items do I break inside the room?

    • It depends on the package but typical bottles, plates, bowls, vases, jars, glass, mugs, ceramics, keyboards, and more!

  • Are there add on breakables?

    • Yes, we have many choices. Printers, monitors, flat screen TVs, cement blocks, sinks, and more based on availability.

  • How old do I have to be to participate in the smashing?

    • At this time, we can have people aged 13 and older. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian and MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 while inside the room. No exceptions.

  • Can I bring my own personal items to smash?

    • We will allow you to bring 1-2 small personal items that fit into our “Basic” item category. Every item must be inspected before it can be broken and we reserve the right to refuse you to bring any item inside the room. For smashing of more personal items see BYOB package.

  • Are there tools for smashing?

    • Yes. Baseball bats, sledge hammers and golf clubs.

  • Do you accept donations?

    • Yes. We accept glassware, bottles, plates, mugs, ceramics, vases, jars. Electronics primarily made of plastic such as printers, monitors, keyboards, flat screen TVs, toilets, sinks, and more.

  • Do you offer any benefits for military, first responders, teachers and students?

    • Yes, just show us your corresponding ID before the session and we’ll give you extra breakables for free.

  • What is your refund policy?

    • Currently, we do not allow for refunds. Once you schedule an appointment, we go out and purchase items for your experience and plan our resources accordingly. We do allow for you to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled to start. If have any questions about this policy please contact us and we will happy to answer them for you.
